The objective of this webinar is to present and discuss new evidence on using an optimal day-and-night regimen with Provox Life HMEs. The study examined changes to post-laryngectomy pulmonary health and related symptoms following establishment of an optimal Day & Night HME regimen. Principal investigator Liz Ward, Centre for Functioning and Health Research, Metro South Health, Brisbane, Australia, will present the results of this evidence and discuss the clinical implications for patients.

  • Understand the role of Heat and Moisture Exchangers (HMEs) and the importance of pulmonary optimization for patients post total laryngectomy
    surgery
  • Recognize the Provox Life range and the differences from existing HMEs
  • Understand the pulmonary and other clinical outcomes achieved through establishing an optimal Day and Night HME regimen using Provox Life range of HMEs
